How to Enjoy Anniversary Benefits
- Please make a reservation in advance and present your anniversary voucher at the time of use. Or, please show your Member Card or digital card. The display of the anniversary voucher requires a sign-in. Click here for the display.
- Only members can avail of the benefits. Members can enjoy 30% off the Best Available Rate for a room under the suite/deluxe room category for one night, and It is available one time for dessert service.
- Benefits may not be available in some hotels.

Earn Points
You will receive more One Harmony points (excluding taxes and service fees) every time you use the facilities and services in our participating hotels.

- The way to earn points and the number of points earned may vary depending on the hotel and your availed plan.
- Points will be earned for stays directly booked at the Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center, our official websites, and each hotel.
- Please provide your Membership Number when making a reservation. In addition, present your Member Card when you check in for your stay and when you pay at the restaurant or bar.
- Points will be credited within one week of your stay or dining.

We will invite members to become a Loyal Member or an Exclusive Member according to the total points they have earned each year
(actual usage between January and December each year) or the number of nights they have booked.

Expiration Date
Each time points are earned or redeemed, the expiration date of all points will be extended to 24 months from the date of the most recent activity.

You can stay in your desired room according to your total points.
After signing in, please check the room type that you can reserve and the number of points you need in the Stay Award plan displayed for your desired date.

You can use your points to stay in a room with a higher grade.

- Some accommodation plans are not eligible for this award. Please contact us for details.
- Points will be deducted from your account immediately after the reservation is finalized. We are unable to return points when you cancel your reservation after it has been finalized.
- Reservations for which the Stay Award and Upgrade Awards can be used have various conditions, such as applicable blackout dates. Please inquire with the hotel or with the One Harmony office for more information.
