[Important Notice] Advisory on Reservations Made via Certain Global Online Travel Agencies
Thank you very much for your continued patronage to Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei.
We have recently confirmed cases in which room inventory originally provided by our hotel have been resold
without our authorization on certain global online travel agencies (including Agoda). As a result, incorrect
information—such as room types, room images, rates, and accommodation conditions—have been displayed
and sold on those websites.
For such reservations, the following issues may occur:
・The reservation details received by the hotel may not match the actual content sold to the guest
・The hotel may be unable to accurately verify or secure the correct reservation details
Consequently, there is a possibility that we may be unable to provide accommodation in accordance with the
conditions originally booked by the guest.
Please note that for reservations made through sales channels that are not managed by our hotel, we are
unable to assist with reservation changes, cancellations, or refunds of advance payments.
For such reservations, we kindly ask that you directly contact the booking website where the reservation was
made.
Please also be advised that Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei currently has no direct contractual relationship
with Agoda.
This notice is issued as a precautionary measure to help prevent any potential inconvenience to our guests.
