Do you have medicines at the hotel?

We do not provide medical products to guests under the provisions of Article 24 of the Act on Securing the Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. Please prepare your own medicine in advance. In case of emergency, we will guide you to the nearby pharmacy, so please ask at the front desk.

I'm thinking of staying with my child who will be taking the university entrance exam. Do you have any special packages for that?

We do not have any special packages for such a case.

Can I ask for a room on a higher floor or with a good view?

You may not specify the type of your room, but if you have a preference, we will treat it as a request.

Can I request a non-smoking or smoking room?

All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking rooms. We have a smoking booth on the first floor.

Can I send a package from the hotel?

We can arrange packages send out from the hotel. We also sell courier materials (e.g. bags and boxes), so please ask our staff.

I'd like to send my luggage to the hotel. What should I do?

Check-in time is usually from 15:00, while check-out time is 11:00.

You can take home the consumables. If it is difficult to judge if something is a consumable, please ask the hotel staff when you stay.

Do the windows in the guest room open?

The windows in the guest room cannot be opened and closed, but outside air enters the room as it has 24-hours automatic ventilation.

Check-in fee before 12:00 : We will charge you an additional charge for one night.
Check-in fee after 12:00 : 6,050 yen per hour
Information on Late Check-out
Fee when extending stay to until 15:00 : 6,050 yen per hour
Fee when extending stay beyond 15:00 : We will charge you an additional charge for one night.

Do you have a fitness room?

We have a staying guests-only fitness room (available 24 hours a day and free of charge) on the second floor.
Room keys are required for entry, so this can only be used by guests after they check in. -

Can I stay with my pet?

We ask that you refrain from bringing your pets to the hotel grounds or inside the hotel.
You may stay with a guide dog, hearing assistance dog and service dog, but we will check the certificate prior to your stay. -
Can I use my JAL coupons and travel vouchers to pay for my stay?

You can use it to pay for your stay.
However, JAL coupons cannot be used for reservations via travel agencies, including online reservations via online travel agencies.

Yukata is not available. -
Can I share a bed with my child?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept reservations with elementary school students and younger children. We accept reservations with junior high school students (12 years old and above) or older children.

Are there any rental goods available for the room (free of charge)?

Blu-ray disc player, hair iron, desk lamp, sewing set, nail clipper and other items are available.
Please note that the number of rental goods is limited. -
How much is the cancellation fee?

If notice of cancellation is:
2 days before day of stay: 20% of accommodation fee
1 day before day of stay: 80% of accommodation fee
If you cancel on the day of your stay or if you cancel without contacting us, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of your accommodation fee.

Basically, we do not charge cancellation fees, but please contact us about cancellation 2 days before your stay (2 days prior to your reservation).
※Cancellation fees may apply for special dishes and guests in groups. -
Where is the restaurant that serves breakfast?

You can eat breakfast at "Nouvelle Epoque" on the first floor.
Breakfast hours: 7:00 - 10:00. -
Is there a restaurant with private rooms?

There is a private room (one room only/max. 10 people) at "Nouvelle Epoque."
Private room fees are 5,000 yen per room (excluding tax) for lunch and 10,000 yen (excluding tax) for dinner.
If you wish to use the private room, please contact the restaurant staff. -
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We have a French restaurant and a lounge where you can eat light meals.
